Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bodyfit Shapers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you believe you’ve ordered the wrong item or, for any reason, are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day exchange/return policy from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Order must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or refund. Sale items, discounted items, and promotional bundles (e.g., “Buy More, Save More”) are not eligible.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Therefore, certain items are NOT eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
- Bodysuits
- Silicone bras
- Accessories
Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
How Exchanges Work:
- In case of an exchange, the customer will send the product back to us.
- Once we receive the parcel and verify its condition, we will send the replacement product.
- If the requested product is not available, we will issue a coupon for the same value (after deducting courier charges), valid for 3 months and redeemable at Bodyfit Shapers.

Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, We do not accept returns for used, damaged products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
